Fletcher Excavations Ltd utilizes the Kaiser S2 Knickfuss 4x4 in virtually any environment, from steep slopes to streams and mud, from deep snow to spring floods, the Spider excavator is the most versatile machine for any job.

Its unique four-legged design allows the Spider to have a very low environmental impact in sensitive areas such as streams and fish habitat. Fletcher Excavations Ltd also uses special biodegradable hydraulic oil and grease in our excavators to lessen our impact on the environment even more. The Spider is also designed to carry a large amount of fuel on board to minimize the number of times refueling is needed, which translates into less trips in and out of sensitive areas
